Morning&nbsp;Take a stroll in the heart of downtown San Miguel, and then enjoy a delicious breakfast at Cumpanio (Correo #29), or at Café de La Parroquia on Jesus Street.&nbsp;At Café Contento (Hernandez Macias&nbsp;#72),&nbsp;you can have a sit-down breakfast or grab a coffee to go.&nbsp;Lavanda Café is very popular, located at Hernandez Macias&nbsp;#87. Their lavender coffee and waffles are both great.&nbsp;El Pegaso (Corregidora #6) is one of the local favorites.&nbsp;The Bagel Cafe in Correo Street has the best bagels in town.&nbsp;Juan´s Café (Relox 37)will give you a taste of the culture of San Miguel. It's another great option for breakfast or lunch.&nbsp;Café Muro, located on calle Loreto 10-B, offers a variety of flavorful typical Mexican snacks. If you have a craving for sopes or enchiladas, this is the place to be. San Agustin, located on San Francisco #21, is a well-known café. This restaurant offers hot chocolate&nbsp;and churros as well as breakfast, lunch or dinner. The café is small and there is always a bit&nbsp;of&nbsp;a wait to get a table!&nbsp;Rincon de Don Tomas is located in the heart of San Miguel´s square. It’s a great place to sit and chat while having a cup of coffee or a drink.&nbsp;Ten Ten Pie (Cuna de Allende #21) is located a block from the Parroquia. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.&nbsp;&nbsp;Great location and great views from the terrace.&nbsp;After breakfast, you can walk around and check out the beautiful architecture. San Miguel is a UNESCO world heritage site. You can also visit the markets for inexpensive arts and crafts. Walk the side streets of the Mercado Allende for blown glass. La Casa de Vidrio has the largest selection in town. San Miguel also has wonderful art galleries and jewelry stores. Canal, Zacateros, Hernandez Macias, and Correo streets are a must.&nbsp;Lunch&nbsp;If you're in the mood for authentic Mexican food, La Alborada is a very small and inexpensive restaurant in Diez de Sollano. They have great enchiladas verdes.&nbsp;Luna de Queso is a vegan restaurant with healthy food options. It is located at Salida a Celaya, in front of La Casona hotel.&nbsp;Mamma Mia Restaurant and Bar, located at&nbsp;Umaran #8, has amazing pizzas and&nbsp;live&nbsp;music&nbsp;on the weekends.&nbsp;Pueblo Viejo, located at Umaran #6, has the feel of an old town and the food (especially the molcajete) is very good.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Restaurant has great food and an amazing patio. Located at Diez de Sollano # 16.&nbsp;La Cevicheria has amazing ceviches and great fish tacos. Located between the Correo St. and Diez de Sollano St.&nbsp;Hecho en Mexico is located in Ancha de San Antonio # 8. Their rosemary chicken is delicious.&nbsp;Hotel&nbsp;Matilda offers renowned chef Enrique Olvera´s Moxi. Everything is absolutely incredible! The address is Aldama # 53.&nbsp;The Rosewood Hotel offers great salads, hamburgers and a beautiful view of the city´s skyline. Located at Calle Nemesio Diez # 11.&nbsp;La Parada, located at Recreo # 96, is great for Peruvian cuisine.&nbsp;If you have a sweet tooth, make sure to stop by Petit Four, Mesones 99-1. They have variety of freshly baked croissants, sandwiches, baguettes, etc. Don’t leave without trying some of their delicious chocolate truffles with Mezcal, or&nbsp;a traditional French macaroons in a variety of flavors. Their éclairs au chocolate and the mixed fresh fruit tartlets are also excellent.&nbsp;If you're looking for a light lunch, stop&nbsp;&nbsp;by at Nectar (Correo #43). They have great salads and a variety of teas.&nbsp;Afternoon:&nbsp;Daniel Espinosa (Umaran #1) offers exclusive and high quality jewelry designs.&nbsp;Art Galleries in town:Casa&nbsp;Diana, Recreo #48.Galeria Nudo, Recreo #10 – B.Fabrica la Aurora&nbsp;San Miguel is known for its beautiful sunsets, so head to La Azotea at Pueblo Viejo where you can enjoy a Margarita or Mojito and great tapas while you watch the sunset. (Umaran # 6)&nbsp;MX Terrace bar is a great place for drinks and sushi (Ocre: Hidalgo # 5). Fun rooftop and very good food.&nbsp;La Luna at the Rosewood Hotel has great views of the city.&nbsp;The rooftop of Pegaso is also a great option.&nbsp;Hotel 1810 has an amazing view of town. Located oh Hidalgo Street.&nbsp;Dinner:&nbsp;For jazz and very good Mexican food, try Tio Lucas. Located at Mesones 103.&nbsp;Atrio, located in Cuna de Allende, has the great food and great views.&nbsp;Zumo has amazing food and drinks.&nbsp;La Unica is one of the newest restaurants in town.&nbsp;If you are in the mood for traditional Mexican food, head to La Posadita, located on Cuna de&nbsp;Allende #13.&nbsp;Polp is located at Relox #3. This restaurant has great tapas with a good ambiance. The mushroom risotto is excellent.&nbsp;Doce 18, located at Relox #12. Many different options in their food court. The most popular spot is Jacinto.&nbsp;Food Factory has a great ambiance and you&nbsp;can find a wide variety of food&nbsp;options (located at La Aurora Factory).&nbsp;Cocktails: &nbsp;La Azotea - drinks and great views of the sunset.&nbsp;Mezcaleria San Mezcal, located at Recreo # 96. They have a great variety of mezcals.&nbsp;Mamma Mia, located on Umaran, has four different bar areas. Salsa music is played in the restaurant area every day, but it is best on Fridays and Saturdays after 9:00 p.m. The rock band plays every Friday and Saturday, from 11:00 – 4:00.&nbsp;Night Clubs:&nbsp;Duke, located at Mesones # 99ª, is a club with great music&nbsp;and a fun atmosphere.&nbsp;Sammy Social Room, located at San Francisco #8.&nbsp;El Grito Night Club, located on Umaran St, is a fun environment with great music.
